Since 2003, the lawyer Nicola Magaddino has brought forward several class actions against INPS for operators in the maritime sector, filing appeals in social security matters before the Labor Judge in order to obtain the redetermination of the contributory position under law 252/92 (so-called asbestos benefit) .

Currently the lawyer has operated in the sector, obtaining innumerable positive sentences throughout the national territory, with the effect of early retirement in addition to the increase in the monthly accrual (with an average of 300-600 euros per month depending on the cases) or with the increase of the contribution with consequent increase in the monthly accrual and with collection for cases treated from € 20,000.00 to € 150,000.00 of arrears

The firm also deals with the recovery of severance pay for former employees and former spouses, as well as in the field of social security, preventive technical assessment procedures pursuant to 445 bis of the Italian Criminal Code or appeals pursuant to art. 414 of the Italian Civil Code in order to challenge the decisions of the medical commissions on the subject of accompanying and civil indemnity.
